Riki Group films included in Russian screening schedule at 41st Moscow International Film Festival

Animated films by the Riki Group will be on the New Russian Animation programme of films screened at the 41st Moscow International Film Festival.

On 22 April, festival participants and visitors will be shown Natalia Mirzoyan’s short animated film and IKAR Award winner, ‘Five Minutes to Sea’.

On 24 April, in the small auditorium of the Central House of Cinema, there will be a screening of the adventure/comedy short ‘Smeshariki. Déjà vu’, by Denis Chernov.

MIFF is the second-oldest film festival in the world, after the Venice Film Festival. It first took place in 1935, with Sergei Eisenstein leading the jury. The purpose of the festival is to promote cultural exchange, mutual understanding between peoples, and cooperation amongst cinematographers around the world. The Moscow IFF is accredited by the International Federation of Film Producers Associations.
